About Studio Art Glass
Each design in our gallery is accompanied by images of the natural world which inform the glass blowing and sculpting processes we use to transform 2,200-degree molten glass into collectible heirloom sculptures and blown vessels.
Opaque and translucent colors are selected to refract and amplify effects within a design. These gem-like qualities are unique to the glass art medium which explains why glass art has been in continuous production for over 6,000 years.
