The Cyclone represents our continuing exploration into the design possibilities created when carbonate is cased in molten glass.

The brilliant white profusion of bubbles is ideally suited for snow and cloud themed pieces.

We build the Cyclone using threads of carbonate spun onto a gather of molten clear.

The effect occurs when the carbonate is cased in a third gather of molten glass resulting in a contained explosion that produces thousands of bubbles.
